Ive been having trouble with getting lvl 16 items when the vial is set to lvl 1 or higher shouldnt i be getting at least weapons that match my lvl?
It’s a quirk of the game’s scaling rather than the vial, you’ll just have to wait til lvl 16

hey mr GJ. we tried your latest “The Arsenal” in co-op play but it isn’t working fully and we have noticed a pattern and wondering if you could help us.
host player can pick up the modded weapons while other players either unable to see information of the gun, or gun rarity color shows incorrect and missing parts, or unable to see at all nor pick up. if they can pick up, then it’ll be missing parts and just basic parts.
only way we figured out to fix this, is to have host player carry all the modded items in inventory when hosting the game. if modded ones are missing from host’s inventory, even if it’s in the Host player’s bank, it will not work.
once host player has it in the inventory then other players could equip or see the drop/pick up properly until game is once again reloaded, then each load up we have to make sure host player has all the modded weapon in his inventory.
is this a known bug? how can we fix this?
kinda defeats the purpose of hunting guns with 3-4 players while only 1 player can pick it up. going by this, if there are say 200+ modded weapons then host player needs to have all 200 otherwise any other players can’t pick up anything.

I think there might be two possible causes for this:
What often helps is that the host, when starting a game has his entire equipment loadout (not the inventory, just the stuff that’s actually equipped) filled with different items from the arsenal. Also loading a match from a lobbymenu, where everyone has to “ready up” also seems to help at times.
Unfortunately there is no 1, fix for this issue as playing with mods on BL1 in general is quite fucky. So I can’t fully help out as each case seems to be unique to the people in question.

we all share the same game because we copy the game folder from one to another. we using hamachi to play online, so we often do the ready up thing.
so I am assuming you also had issue trying to play with others?
just to give you a quick update. your statement of “when starting a game has his entire equipment loadout (not the inventory, just the stuff that’s actually equipped)” really helped. We tested it with sleep master’s weapon and ABL guns.
vice versa is true, Host only carries ABL guns and client can pick up ABL guns but when try to pick up bandit weapon it glitches.
Is there a way or could you share your knowledge on how we maybe able to put all the packs together, so we can just carry 1 item at start up such as “Vial”. and drops like bandit guns/ABL guns will all go correctly.
after years finally revisiting this game to try out the progress on your new arsenal and 5th DLC running into some problems. when i try to use the vial to start farming again i got this message “you can not use this right now”.
do you know what causes this message?
also i read some where years ago about bloodless weapons won’t spawn unless a certain vial is used and i forgot which one, does that still apply or has that restriction been removed on the latest arsenal? if it still applies then which vial do i have to use?

As for the “can’t use this now.” That’s because you’re clicking the vial 1 too many times. Just click it once and you’re gucchi to go.
Note that the vial doesn’t disappear. As there are multiple vials “stacked” on top of each other.
quick question about the BLSS guns. because they appear to be white upon drop (assuming thats the case from your youtube video) is that the reason why they are harder to farm because people usually skips white colored guns?
we would be searching for the BLSS name directly then?
BLSS are accompanied by a specific tune that plays once they drop, can’t miss that. Their icon also isn’t a RL icon but rather a Artifact icon.
Also, protip: Don’t farm for them specifically. That’s a solid way to get burned out as their droprates are abysmally low.
You’re almost more likely to find a copy of Half-Life 3 than you are to find a Bloodless. Almost.
does the arsenal and most other borderlands OG mod work in the enhanced version?
Yeah.
I have a problem in Enhanced with 1st person animation of some modded guns, like Juggernaut, for example. Also it happens with some Nola’s weapons, original game weapons works normally.

@Mr_GJ hey i have question about a gun i got a cyan colored pearls crimson oneshot but problem is even though guncard says 1 bullet, because of my solider mod and skills when i use the gun, it is 2 bullet. then i fire but it shoots both bullet so only shoot once?
does that count as shooting two bullet so twice the damage or you purposely made that gun to shoot all bullet but only count as 1 shot damage?
The Oneshot actually uses somewhere around 6 bullets per shot. They are directly taken out of your ammo reserve. It’s working as intended. A Oneshot does indeed fire, 1 shot. 
so 6 bullets = 6x the damage? 8000 x 6 x 500% crit?
No. It shoots one bullet, but that bullet costs 6 ammo. So it’s ‘just’ 8000.
