Been drunk for nearly two weeks straight and thought about this thread. You still updating it? I had a few Shiners the other night, too!

Drunk for 2 weeks straight?? Bro, are you okay?

Ever since my birthday on June 5th, yep. Might as well have some fun when you’re dealin’ with crap.

Aww, that’s rough. Hope things start looking up for ya. Also happy belated b-day

I have been on more of a Liquor kick the last few months, but I did just visit Alaska and had some nice beers. So I think I am going to pick this project back up.

Hope everything starts to look up for you man.

Thanks and keep us updated. I stick to beer most of the time, but I won’t deny that I love Jim, Jack, Jager, Maker’s Mark, and Fireball.

If you can find it, (good luck, they sell out FAST) try Parish Ghost in the Machine. Well worth the trip to bourbon street. I would equate finding it to getting your hands on a pint of Pliny the Younger.

Hey, Cheat, if you’re still in Texas you should keep your eyes open for these:

My grandpa just brought some back and they’re pretty damn good. Better than the Michelob bocks and comparable to Shiner’s.

Ziegenbock is great. I have a buddy that keeps a keg of it on tap almost all of the time. I like going to his house.

Never had that one. Stoker, bring me one. I’m about 30 minutes into Louisiana.

Kentucky ain’t close to LA, buddy! Haha I’m far, far away in Nevada right now anyway. My grandpa picked those up at the NM/TX border and I don’t think they sell 'em anywhere else.

@Dacheat You are a lucky man. Should hang out with me some time and we’ll have that board finished in a month! I think I’ve been in 20 different states by now already.

I’ve hit over 40 of them

Well if you’re ever in College Station let me know haha. I could use some help. Been trying to drink less lately…

Still, a beer or two tomorrow for the board couldn’t hurt.

Hey @Stoker
Houston airport

If you’re still there try Karbach or St. Arnold’s. Those are my two favorite Houston breweries.

Thought about it. This was recommended. Great taste, Really bitter aftertaste. Can’t afford more than 1 beer at 6+ each.

Haha fair enough. Airport beers are definitely not the most economical. Next time though.

8 ■■■■■■■ dollars for a shock top draft. And next time I’ll have much more money. Still, I love 2 hours from here.

No Shock Top is worth 8 bucks, period. How’s that beer you got taste? Seems like a double or triple IPA, but I can’t really read the label. If so I probably wouldn’t be a fan because I’m not big on really hoppy IPAs. Seems like Texas has some great breweries, though.

I remember it being pretty bitter from when I had mine.
