i feel your pain entirely. almost 3k hours spent active in destiny, and that is excluding orbit and the tower. i could really care less about any of the exclusive content that ps4 got for destiny. the strikes were meh, and the pvp maps were two of the worst in the entire game. i cannot lie, i was enraged and am still very bothered by the extra 5 days of beta. the character unlocks is fine with me, but double beta time is not
I remember during the CTT someone made an article about how they stacked loot items and became gods (eg. one person had three ROF-increasing loot items which stacked and turned Reynaâs Laser pistol into a laser gatling gun, or having three cooldown reducing items that also stacked and made ISIC always using his ultimate). What have you done to prevent loot stacking like that?

You canât stack primary stats anymore.
I did that with Montana. 3 ROF stacks = OP

Technically, you can, but itâs far more limited.
Stats are divided into Major stats and Minor stats. The Major stat corresponds to the icon of the gear item. You can no longer stack major stats (so, simplyâŚyou canât have two of the same icon in a loadout).
To maximize a stat, youâll want one item with the major stat on it, and then two that have the same stat as a minor stat.
Aside from that, we did a fairly thorough pass through gear after CTT to try and bring all gear more into balance. I wouldnât be surprised if there are still some issues there, but weâre tracking and fixing them as fast as theyâre revealed.

Sounds right, in the interview which someone posted yesterday they sad its because some characters got to strong by simply stacking items with the same mainstats (it was atk speed on the 2 swords guy)
I just wondered how âprimaryâ could be that different of a word from âmajorâ. So I tried thinking up a context where those words were actually different and asked whether it was correct.

I was watching Gothalion stream earlier and he couldnât find it on the PS4 so Iâm guessing itâs only a option for PC. Hopefully they add it to consoles down the road. it really makes a huge difference, even played through THC again when that update dropped.
Can i change the language of the steam preload client?
Is anyone else see marquis (sniper) gun when in pistol mode. phase in and out of existence while running in split screen mode? I had this happen a few times while running the algorithm.
Iâm now playing open beta on PS4, and so far so good. However, Iâm not sure if my progression in open beta will be brought to the game when it is officially released. Can anyone answer this question? Many thanks!
