WHY should we be forced to play with a random selected team that is TOTAL AND COMPLETE GARBAGE !!!
and then be punished if we leave the match just because they dont want to cooperate

oh but this is not even the worst part
nooo you also get matched against player twice of the level you are
because ■■■■ you thats why !!!
im really thinking of buying this game, i realyl ■■■■■■■ do and at first i wasnt even half interested but now that i tried it i really like it
but this single annoying thing is a big minus from me.
just let us leave the match this is not a traditional MOBA so change some stressful things around pls !!!

hey man, you need to chill.

the attitude of “everyone must cooperate” and your offensive language already tells me that I wouldn’t like to have you in my team, yet I would just mute you instead of trying to leave.

see that it’s still an open beta, many players just DL and try it for a very first time, like Steam attracts a whole lot of people that never seen Battleborn before. Instead of shoving those F-words up their faces, why don’t you try to be an example or god forbid, help them?

I had 3 multiplayer PvE matches where I was the only one knowing that we need to stand on those platforms etc, just type it. --> “hey guys, meet me on the glowing platforms :wink: )”

after 2 iterations, they knew this was a mechanic and adapted it perfectly. How do you deal with new situations where you get shat on straight by vets?

Obviously, there’s some work that needs to be done on how matches are setup. There’s been some other posts with similar concerns, and some response from the developers. I have a similar frustration in that if someone leaves a match, it seems like their slot is reserved and the game doesn’t pull another player in to replace them. Almost every match I’ve played has had someone drop out in the first minute and then it’s 4v5 for 20-30 minutes. It can be very discouraging.

At the same time, I think this isn’t a game that is going to harbor a cutthroat competitive environment, and hopefully that’s a good thing. Keep in mind that levels (Command Rank) are earned simply by participating, and are also earned in PvE. It’s not a hard-and-fast indicator of a player’s skill. Ideally, a player who plays more will be better, but that won’t always be the case. Don’t immediately count out the player that’s ‘half your level.’ They might surprise you.

My advice, if you want to be invested in this game, take the high ground. If you’re on the team with only four players, stick it out. The extra work might be more challenging, but overcoming challenges is how you get better. Some of those 4v5 I was on were still pretty close, and that made me feel good about my contribution.

And besides that, what do you really lose by losing?

There is not matchmaking system as of yet so yeah, this is going to happen. There will likely be a matchmaking system when this game releases that matches players based on skill and account level, but I don’t think anything has been confirmed yet. I would recommend finding some friends to play with so you don’t get frustrated at all the new people trying to learn the game. :slight_smile: Otherwise, just wait for the full release.

and im sorry, im sorry that i get pissed if people dont do anything, hell if they dont even TRY to win or do their best.
so sorry that i prefer cooperation over mindless rushing in and dying

and ofcourse mute players who are pissed atleast you’ll feel better while losing the game

I’m far too old and used to the internet to be offended by some words, but not everyone is like me.

also, I play games when I like to, not when some f-wurdz slinging ragekid tells me to or not to.

if you’re not able to see this is still a test and that you can already create games with only invited guys, well case lost.

my point was: it’s possible to cooperate with total newbies, not guaranteed. it’s likely that with that attitude you show, even vets would resign to play with you cooperatively.

While in particular, this game does have swear words, not all do, so suggesting that someone shouldn’t play games to avoid vulgar language is silly, as not all games will have it.
This is also a community forum, and you should be using a respectful language here, because swears and f-wurdz are not allowed here. :wink:

How are you being punished? You even get participation points, and still rank up. Learn to lose, mate. Trust me, I hate getting teamed up with low level people but you don’t see me leaving the match. I rather stay and give them hell than to leave and do nothing but stare at my screen waiting. There been times where i went in thinking i was going to lose because of my teams and we ended up winning.

On a side note, I always block people who leave because they’re losing.
