With the direction the humor took this time around, it would fit in just fine.
I’ve seen it twice now…it definitely felt way more Disney-d up this time. Pretty much what you said, the stuff that’s good is really good. But the bad was, well, pretty bad. I almost started laughing the second time when Leia flew through space. lol
I haven’t seen the film yet, but did they at least play “Believe It Or Not” while Leia was flying through space? Because that would have been hilarious.
Just saw the movie. Exactly how I felt. I didn’t love it, I didn’t hate it… the entire time I was in the theater I felt… nothing.
Also super awkward because everyone else in the theater really liked it.
Same feel as Sir Benny.
Sorry to hear it man.
Plot armor. Contrived and stupid plot armor
I can’t tell if the movie expects me to believe that Poe is a better pilot than wedge, luke, and corran horn combined, or if the first order is just really that much more incompetent than the empire.
Which is saying something.
I’m going with both here.
I’ll say that the old EU had a long, proud tradition of stupid Imperial captains, commanders, admirals, and moffs.
In 3 minutes, the captain of that dreadnaught surpassed them all.
I love how the movie continues to find new and interesting ways to disappoint
It’s how it maintains canon.
Porgs did snoke death confirmed?
I should have bought _ instead of a ticket to The Last Jedi
