By CA at least, it is probably considered a single shot.
That’s the difference between “one shot” and “one bullet” (as in “first bullet”) It seems oddly specific but they are not based on the same criterias. CA looks at the shot taken and looks if it is a crit or not. OSOK looks at your magazine and whether or not it is full. (that would explain it at least)
I know its too late at this point but I would have preferred if Two Fang didn’t consume any ammo at all.
Hey DS, I forgot about Wires Don’t Talk. The electrocute damage boost isnt working properly, it seems that the boost is actually 0.15% and not 15%, or something like this.
The fact is that DoT should be a lot stronger so they could fix it!
Another idea: how about nullifying player Max Health bonus and increasing Deathtrap’s bonus on Gaige’s Potent As A Pony skill as player’s max health bonus seems like a bad idea at endgame?
I dont think they are going to change this way how skills work. It is better to focus in fixing skills, imo.
Also, the max health boost is very good in the early game imo. If you want to invest into DT early you kinda need the extra health to survive the long CD.
Also, DS, you should add the Damned Cowboy in the list of buffs as every Hammerlock’s gun is in it already.
Edit: The Hawk Eye damage could be a little boosted too as they lowered too much of it for the extra critical damage. It’s a Seraph after all, not an easy reward unique like the Stomper.
Maxing out Health is a good idea in many cases.

I agree totally that the loot drop level needs addressing for legendary and unique equipment, even with the increased drop rates of legendary and unique equipment they are still rare and not everyday drops, after all the drop level of +/-2 generally means lower rather than higher, when do you get in uvhm a drop higher than your character level ? I’ve never seen one in getting 2 characters to op8 and 1 to op5.
It’s frustrating annoying and very disheartening to finally get the legendary you’ve been farming and farming for only for it to be -2 !
If you are 65 you can get drops up to 67 as an example.

It would be nice if Phaselock Sub-Sequence orb can pass through barriers.
Even Gaige’ Deathtrap can go through walls and dive underground you know.
Maybe the developer should consider looking back at the sub-sequence orb mechanic.
I would love that but it seems out of the realm of possibility rich now. Much more complex than updating some numbers.
I would love to see repeatable final rounds for the slaughter domes, reworking the Hammerlock weapons would also be nice.
