The Mrs wanted eggplant parmigiana tonight, so I went to work. It came out pretty good. A bit heavy on the breading, could have gone harder on the sauce and cheese, but pretty darned good for a first time out.

Are there any foods/drinks you miss that companies should bring back?
For me, it has to be the chocolate peanut butter Pop Tarts. They were so GOOD!
Those are before my time, But I’m sure they were delicious!

There will always be some child in all of us. At least until we’re done digesting. 
On a more serious note, there is no greater gift than to see the world through the eyes of a child. Past a certain age we can’t help but see the flaws of the world, and the many imperfections of life are an acquired taste.
