New post because pizza Friday is a sacred observance. Tonight we throw off the shackles of meat and tomato sauce totalitarianism with a white pie with roasted butternut squash.

It’s a vegetarian lasagne with oven roasted eggplant and cremini mushroom slices, and sauteed spinach folded into the ricotta.
