It’s taken me this long to even capture OOO spawning, so at last I could make a guide. Luckily OOO spawns right in front of me and the method works really well (add RNG luck in there). So, it’s a lengthy guide of 20mins, first part shows you the evolution of Badass Savages, then later on shows you where to drop the Eridium in 4 locations to start the whole event going. I felt the same for a long time.
Once you triggered the “Dexidious way” he’s really not that complicated. Just a matter of running on and off with a fanboat. I killed him with a Sal which obviously helped.
