The target dummy is nice, but

Training dummy needs a dps display…or short of that, a meaty hp bar that rapidly heals when not taking damage, so we have some way to gauge how much damage is being done.

The dummy is pointless when the difficulty options in the game basically turn whatever info you find out from the dummy into meaningless data. How is that data going to help you when you figure in random mayhem modifiers or extremely bloated stats? At the very least they should put the dummy on a map somewhere where there are no mobs so you can test it with the same modifiers you play with.

the target dummy is nice, but…it doesn’t have OPTIONS RECRUIT OPTIONS! such as armor, shield, flesh, health bar alternatives. the option to see how kill skills rack up such as multiple dummies that can be “kill skill” triggering, it can’t be targeted, it can’t have status effects inflicted on it, ect. it can only show us raw base damage, which with how many stats we have to work with, and how they interact (such as deadly momentum for Zaney-boy)…doesn’t give us options

It needs to have a ‘neutral’ option as well.

I was trying to test ‘on grenade thrown’ anoints for Zane. I had a corrosive nade with the anoint, and the same exact damage/ele damage same type nade without it but it was radiation. Problem is, dummy counts apparently as “flesh”, so it skewed my results and I wasn’t able to complete the test.

so like a white health bar that is totally neutral too, good idea, oh and i was thinking a counter, that racks up the damage we’ve inflicted in it, and we can see how much a clip/ a bullet/ or a few clips of ammo do to an enemy, with the option to press a button and reset that counter.

whats really is annoying, is when trying to check out damage with 2 of or elements, or even just different hits, the damage number over lap so cant make them out >.<
