Because sometimes I turn off GR for testing then forget that I turned it off at which point Adrenaline is actually useful. 
As for Stiff Upper Lip I kinda got conditioned not to use it because of the old M4 double projectiles modifier where all the DR in the world wouldn’t save me. But now that double projectiles is no longer a thing I may start using it again.
