So, those who pay attention to my grumbling in the pissed thread may have noticed I complain about my neighbor tying their dog up outside 24/7. They finally gave it up, through a shelter at that, with an immediate new owner. No dog in misery, and no more being forced to listen to it scream all day and night.

Oh thats so great to hear!!! I red your posts about the barking dog waking you up almost everyday and began to wonder if the owners treat him well at all. Good to hear he dog is safe now^^ And that you can have some quiet cosy sleep!
