Just did my half hour cycling this morning - takes a slight push to get on there but once Iām done I feel excellent. I hope Iām getting fitter too, itās hard to tell from day to dayā¦ And I decided I will go home for Easter. Iāll have to do lots of work when Iām there but will have the cat for company, which will cheer my heart
