Experimented with a recipe tonight and it turned out pretty good. Nice thick pork chops, covered in sage. rosemary, black pepper, chopped onion and sliced fresh pear. Add some wine vinegar and Cointreau, and bake in a covered dish for ~45 minutes at 400 Ā°F. Serve with green beans and rice, and a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.
(closest to licking lips Iām aware of?!)
Thinking about it, the only things Iād do differently in the future would be to use more Cointreau, then drain off the liquid and reduce it to make a nice sauce.

Painting an older model. One bad thing, a mistake on my part was I glued everything down before finishing it so I wonāt be able to fully paint the crew members on said vehicle which always bugs me. Thinking about scrapping it but I need three Raiders. If I could only go back in time like four years and slap myself I would.

I saw a baby horse walking with its mom on my way home.
Now Iām finishing up some work I couldnāt do at the office because the internet is borked; the happy come from having a beer while getting paid for it.

Letās seeā¦ went to the job center, nobody cares about that. The housing department was closed. Yeah right? Perfect timing but the rest of the day was pretty good.
Stopped by the music store and played a little acoustic bass for everybody to maul over. Went grocery shopping, got lunch and Starbucks. Then I went out and ordered a Warhammer model at like 1/4th of the cost from my local shop. Also looked at a tablet for super cheap. Also got the new Gorillaz album, got the Noodle cover becauseā¦
