I only dropped it ones?
It’s a skiing mountain, during off season when there’s no snow it’s a great place for training just going up and down it over and over.

It amused me seeing you start over and over trying to figure that out.
The joke was that you had to go back up and find it, then back down as the first descent (of finding the phone) and then dropping it again (unknowingly) Thus making it like an old sitcom comedy of up and down the mountain.
The power’s back!
Because the transformer incinerated its pole, they had to install a new pole which required getting a crane-mounted auger into an almost impossible location.
The new pole changed the run of the cables which required the services of an arborist so that the cables didn’t light my oak and my neighbour’s cherry tree on fire.
These two trees are practically impossible to work on due to their height, the slope they grow on and their limited accessibility. So a rather unsafe endeavour.
Anyhoo, they got it like heroes and I got to powering up my house again. My mom must have been psychically notified because within seconds of the router’s rebooting, I heard the boop-bee-boop of Skype.
Turns out my nephew is getting married - in Barcelona ( his gf’s from there ). So I guess a trip to Europe might just be coming up.
probably she was on her phone and noticed the wifi kick in.
This woman was born in 1934. That’d be a no
Went to Bath this weekend with some old friends. It was really good! We got drunk, played DND and reminisced. The primary tourism hotspot in the city is the Roman baths (you can visit them but alas not bathe), but we didn’t make it inside, the queue was insane. I may go back at a different time of year.
We did go to the neighbouring abbey, and in it discovered the last remains of manly power. Feminism has definitely gone too far!
Oo, where are you thinking?
It greatly depends on who’s going to the wedding.
If I go with the wife, we’d go to Denmark to see her family - she’s from Jutland.
If I go with my mother, it’d be Spain, southern France and/or Italy.
If I go with my sister, it could be literally anything. She’d probably yard me off to some weird place like Moldova or Estonia before going up to Bergen, Norway to see some of our distant relatives.
If I go with my brother (and sister), the UK - probably up north, maybe Wales.
So highly variable.
Got given a bundle of home grown vegetables by a family friend.
Got a new pair of hiking shoes, time to try and break em in before the autumn hike.
Chocolate.
Wifi finally got hooked up this morning
Got a new job already. I just quit my old one at FedEx on Saturday. Sure it’s only Target but it pays pretty well and I won’t have nearly as much stress anymore. Feel pretty confident in myself that I got something so quickly.
Nice man.
Going to fry up some chicken been a couple weeks strangely enough.
Got to ride up and down in a scissor lift quite a few times. Fun! Although apparently not everyone concerned (including the operator) is as fond of heights as I am. Sure beats a 30-foot ladder though…
12 hours a night driving a scissor lift beats the hell out of lugging a 30 foot ladder around.
bought a 3ds yesterday, currently modding the hell out of it.
One time I had to use a 30-foot wooden ladder to do some exterior painting. It wasn’t so bad once I was in position, but going up and down the ladder (a set of three nesting 12-foot sections) flexed significantly in the middle. That was - unpleasant.
My running has been going really well lately and it’s putting me in a fantastic mood. I love running
Got new Disturbed AND Coheed and Cambria today? Oh ■■■■ YES!!!
Farmer’s Market.
