The "What pissed you off today thread" V2

Random ■■■■■■■ on the train to college.

Hang in there, man. If you do get food poisoning, have plenty of rest and fluids. Try to avoid food until you feel better and you think that you can keep it down. At that stage, go for foods that are easily digestible, like toast. That should help.

@Dannydlm @axlerate Think B.R.A.T.= Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast

All At the same time

Can’t work this new forum :frowning:

Having no college is fun and all, but the stuff I’m working on cannot be done at home since I’m working on a stand alone server.

Hate the extra delays I got this week.

Played Cards Against Humanity with someone who thinks its ok draw five black cards until you get one you like… (Are we five? Cause if we are five we should probably be playing Apples to Apples.)

Its one of those nights where I have an insatiable thirst for water. I love water, but i hate when I cant qwench my thirst.

Our dishwasher went poop. $450 and four hours spent taking the old one out and putting the new one in.

Learn from me. Don’t be a hero. Pay someone to install appliances for you.

So, the internet has been acting strangely since the 24th. It’ll disconnect and reconnect and disconnect and reconnect over and over during certain parts of the day. Usually worst during the evening, and very good at night. Bit of a mystery, but I now have this idea that it has to do with something close to the road, cause the router only changes status when people drive by(I think… I’m losing it.)
I called ATT support peoples, and promptly got a time scheduled for somebody to drop by and fix it. Got everything done on my side, and the call didn’t take to long. Felt good about resolving this problem. Was going to get done soon, come today.
The plan was for somebody to drop by from 8AM to 12PM today. All is well.

Today arrives, and the technician doesn’t. Kinda. I’m not sure, but I think I saw them drive by once, and sometime around 11:55 I got a call from a number I didn’t recognize. Before I can even pull my cell from my pocket, the call ends. Another call comes soon after, and the same thing happens.
I call this number back, and get this “number has been disconnected” BS. And this person can’t even try the home phone, cause it’s linked to the router and such.
Anyway, pissed more than I should be, but the irony that the person who works for the phone company and THEIR PHONE DOESN’T WORK is too much. I’d find it funny if I wasn’t pissed about it.

PSN is still down, ruining my Battlefield 4 and Destiny playing. And my mother-in-law is here for “Christmas”.

My father decided it was Ok to mix The last of His Nut Roast With the last of the Stuffing before he left…now its ruined

My cold has been bothering me for days now and I still feel like ■■■■. My ears are blocked and my nose is clogged. Merry Christmas to you too…

Well, it is rather ‘what pissed you of the last 3 days’ but anyway: PSN being down.
As for today, well wanted to go to town with my mother but public transport hardly drives due to the snow.

On the other side of life. I have my nose destroyed because of the dust (not “that” dust), got a nice sunburn on my neck and couldn’t upload some videos I did because they were QUITE big. Down here is summer and the UV radiation wanders everywhere and everyday,

Ive been at work since 5am, I work on a golf course and have alot of work to do, theres a steady amount of golfers passing through to limit how fast I can do anything, which sucks because I need to poop.

I’ve worked at a golf course for the last 26 years. I started as the low man on the totem and made my way to superintendent. One thing has not changed from my very first day in 1988, golf course workers only work half days.

12 hours is a half day.

At least it’s only the first seven days of the week though.

Its been 4 years for me, just finished my apprenticeship in September. We do 8hr days, 5 days a week and I normally do 4-5 hrs on Sundays

All 4 pumps tripped last night, few greens ain’t doing too well and it will be 38 Celsius today… And still need to poop

In 2012 we had record heat and drought in July and August. I forget the stats but something like 60 days no rain 57 of those above 93 with 23 of those over 100. Overnight lows were 90 for a month. We emptied our lakes and had to resort to the municipal water supply which was so strained it was outputting upwards of 40 psi on a good day. Not enough to get the sprinkler heads to rotate. Did a few 24 hour shifts dragging the hose.

Slept throughout the whole day.
