When you have one of these days…:
Migraine yesterday, that and one of my cats brought a ‘gift’ inside a bit ago. Namely a dead bird. Thought it was a cat toy at first so I ignored it repeatedly.
■■■■■■■ scalpers. They’re not even out yet, charging an extra $15 and 15 bucks shipping.

12 hour shift today at work. 12 ■■■■■■■ hours. Not getting paid much for it either… I also burned my thumb today. Was wearing gloves but it burned right through the fabric. Was liking reaching into the oven without mitts on.

Ugh, that entire paragraph is pain.
Wasn’t today, but just reading that gives flashbacks. the floodlights at home depot, pointing at the garden center at night are 330 watts and about 500 degrees. not the parking lot lamps, those are 1000w. So these 330w sit in a tiny box, with a metal reflector shield. they are ■■■■■■■ hot. Chicago, in february. its snowing. dropped several feet in a few hours. Well, that snow everywhere got my gloves wet. Even with leather gloves, usually it takes a few stop and goes to let the heat dissipate from the gloves. Wet leather though? It was like laying bare hand on that bulb. I have a (different) light bulb scar so I can compare. glove water instantly flashed into steam. which basically broiled my hands.
I’m not the only one thinking what the hell is wrong with people…:

Somehow I wound up being woken up by another migraine. Two in one week is ridiculous.

Some random on “Destiny” asked me to GameShare the TTK DLC, and I had to recap on why my stance was ‘no’:
Looking at the details, I told the guy ‘hell no’ and that it was only $20 on the PSN Store. Don’t know the guy, and the security risk is monumentally high – I’m not risking getting hijacked over a damned ‘DLC’.
But Discord has brought joy into my humble life. Namely Cards against humanity reactions.
