I am slowly realising just how many lines there are. (I’m sure they’re on the wiki). That could be because this current play-through I’m deliberately collecting and finishing batches of side quests as they become available, so I don’t have the constant “There are new missions…” drowning out the other game dialogue.

I forgot that Guardians exist.
And I totally forgot that they have shields.

I pillaged Crimson Fastness last night - I didn’t forget any of that, cuz I love killing Lance - and exited into the battle between the Guardians and Lance. I started firing at the Guardians and 7 hits later its shield was barely affected. And I didn’t have a single Shock weapon on me.

I mean, seriously, WTF is wrong with me? I have played over 2,500 hours of BL 1, and another 1,000+ testing game mechanics on my own maps. I’ve brought 20+ toons through both playthroughs, and 4 or 5 toons through all DLCs. I’ve killed every farmable boss (except Crawmerax) a hundred times each, easy.

Oh, I also missed at least 3 Claptrap Rescue Missions so my backpack is tiny.
EDIT: I missed seven of those rescue missions. SEVEN.

WTF? It’s like being a noob all over again.

I am SO looking forward to starting the Knoxx DLC, in big part for his dialogue.

Something that I truly had forgotten about is the general mob intensity…there are times when it’s almost approaching Serious Sam levels of just how many enemies the game throws out for a random mob (the spiderants between you and first meeting Taylor Kobb, for example).

Just remembered, though I think I never knew, that your shield buffs (like Lilith’s Diva) are not applied to your shield while you’re in a vehicle, when you jump out you’re at base shield, and the buff additions are added after you’re out.
