At the lowest rank, I get put up against teams where multiple people have a level of 100.

The game doesn’t seem to add a player when someone drops out.

The respawn time keeps increasing to the point where it’s quicker to launch a game of BF4, Rocket League, UT, CS, etc… than wait to respawn.

There was no clear way to leave a game after a defeat so I couldn’t try a different game mode or map and I could only rejoin the last game - once again making the option to play something else the only choice.

It’s no wonder the game is bombing like nothing else. I couldn’t advise anyone to buy it even at it’s £8.99 price.

If you’re getting annoyed with PvP, then try some PvE instead. That usually puts me back in the mood again.

The increasing respawn timer is pretty common in MOBA games. The higher the level your character, the longer the respawn.

Oh, and the Command Ranks aren’t a display of skill. It just means that these people have been playing longer. That being said, I’m starting to think that they need to change that, because you’re not the first person that has gotten that confused.

This really should be obvious to anyone as after every match your command rank goes up. Literally everything you do gets you command XP so I don’t see how anyone could be confused on this point. Granted, a high CR player is more likely to be skilled than a low CR player simply because they have more time in the game, but that’s far from a guarantee. I’ve been playing long enough to hit CR 100 myself and while I’m good, I’m not great and low CR players don’t need to run in fear from me.

While the CR ranks does not guarantee that the player will have a higher skill level, they will generally have a higher experience with game mechanics and possibly the characters they are using.

But I think we are side stepping the real issue here, the issue is that groups of pre-made CR100 players, are matched against low CR players who possibly are still learning the game.

They then process to smash the opposing team in to the ground, personally to me that is not fun, but its how some people get their kicks.

This has been discussed elsewhere, but I think its the crux of the OPs issue, could be wrong.

Most of the things you’re describing exist in most MOBAs for better or for worse.

However, no clear way to leave? Hit the back button??? Also, when you rejoin (which you can only do if you’ve left mid match, by the way) the game asks you if you want to rejoin yes or no. So, you simply choose no. Not sure what the problem is.

My guess is your team had your 100s, a 95, whatever, and the other team had a 17 and less than 50. If you’re intimidated by CR, pick a support hero and help your teammates. But likely you’re playing new maps for everyone, so we’re all in the same boat. As for the auto queue, it was implemented to expedite matchmaking. Just like all things on console a means yes and b means no so that’s pretty simple, but you sound very master classish in your tirade so idk

If a match is still in progress, you are expected to finish it. The way this is worded, I’m not sure if you left the match early (in which case finish the match next time-you can always surrender) or you mean you remained in matchmaking and were on the same team (it will automatically renter matchmaking, but you can exit out before the next match starts.

The matchmaking is rough right now. When you get paired with people of similar skill, the game is amazing. But the population has been pretty low until the Humble Bundle. Hope we will get some matchmaking tweaks soon.

Would it help if you could not see an enemies command rank/titles?.. Or allies? if it was all just a mystery?
