This is the 100 hours you were cheated

yeah, im having a blast with Rakk attack spam build, tons of life regen and they hit like a truck AND i got something else to do other than holding down the fire button while looking at the target. FA is fun and powerfull but it gets old fast. When we get raids, Ill spec into FA and my wife will spec into melee Amara

N64 game’s were not bug free… As I remember Ocarina of time was really full of bug’s, mainly floor glitches and such.

But what I do remember is Ocarina of time is one of my favorite games of the past, and have been guilty of replaying it from time to time. They did not patch things even in the remake, and it is still very fun Glitches and all.

I knew it had bug’s, but Chose not to use them.

And the game was very good.

I sort of agree on one point as they nerf away, and change this and that in a game it can be for the better, but it can also ruin the game as every time you open it you may be finding something changed in such a way as to totally mess up your fun, and in some ways make the game entirely Alien to you.

I think a very careful look at all the things they are doing.

( calming down, and taking a pill let the game settle in ( rest on it a bit, and don’t get so excited ) look at actual bug’s first… and slow down on the Nerf this and that for a bit would be a good Idea )

The game is not and online PVP, it is very much a PVE, and for many a solo event no real need to make brash choices so quickly just because we all post our dislike’s, and rant and carry on, thats what people do on forum’s. I think they just need to slow down, and take a breath, and look at the big picture. A little imbalance now is not that big a deal… Iron that stuff out latter.

Yeah but here’s the thing with diablo 3 buffs and nerfs. When they nerf, they buff something else in that characters skills so it changes the metas completely. And the buffs are awesome too. They don’t just nerf ■■■■ and leave everything else alone. Also, they add higher torments which makes even more loot drop and all we want to see are legendaries even if they suck. We also want diversity aka different builds to be super strong as well.

Axton was the most enjoyable toon for me, he didn’t roll over anything but was super strong once you understood him. The turret with Longbow was a slagger’s dream and gave far more utility than IB. The Tediore reload stuff never my thing but it was available. Spend some real time with Axton and he is a gunplayer’s dream…Moze is Axton on serious 'roids for gunplay. Nade spam is for lazy short timers.

except… every one of those is PVP

not sure on diablo

If your friends are annoyed and laugh at you for your choices, you need to find new friends.

Zane is great as a support build.

The “huge nerf” is referring to the 2 second cooldown added to “leave no trace”. This is a HUGE nerf to the playstyle. I’m sorry to have to be the one to inform you.

no pvp in diablo 3 but its ranked, so yeah, its a competitive PVE game

I guess we see things differently. No offense taken

not trying to nitpick but Diablo 3 meta has been the same since necromancer came out. Archon wiz, mage necro, every other classes lacks in comparison to those 2. check the leaderboards.

You don’t nerf before buff.

The issue is, there isn’t many viable builds.

I play the grenade because it’s unique playstyle.

The developers seems to know very little about builds.

Having a skill that add more damage or reload faster isn’t a build. It doesn’t change the playstyle & feel flesh.

Pets and mech are good ideas, poorly executed. If I play a mech pilot. I want to sit in the mech 24/7 with few exceptions. If I have pets, I may want to play Sunmoner builds. How isn’t that not obvious?

To clarify, are you saying that making the change to reduce the power level of “Leave no Trace”, is not a “nerf” in your opinion?

I take it as tweaking , not everything in my book classifies as a “nerf” or a “buff” it sounds simplistic to me.Mainly because everything is subject to change and some changes (like this one) won’t have a big impact on the future of the game. There is much more to come and much more to change.

I’m so confused by this post.

Not sure what you mean. So only PVP games get balanced? There were no changes to Diablo3? Do we just completely disregard the d3 AUCTION HOUSE?

Nice try.

But in this specific example, did the 2 second cool down that was added to “leave no trace”, make the skill stronger or weaker in your opinion?

It made it better in the long run.Are you satisfied with the answer or you want me to say something that I really don’t think, the way you want me to?

“Better” is not “stronger” nor “weaker”, but it is subjective.

I don’t “want” you to say anything at all, but if we can’t all be honest that this change made “leave no trace” weaker, as indicated by the devs, then aren’t we just trolling?
