I was told by some official people (canāt remember their names) on the forums that the full game release would have 3 tiers of skins, tier 1 - color swaps, tier 2- themed looks, tier 3- total character model changesā¦ But the visuals I see ing the menus of the fully released game only have the color swapsā¦ Are the more interested skins still in the game, and if so, how do they unlock? Is it by completing secret challenges? Is it by finding them as loot only? Pretty disappointing if theyāre missingā¦
The only skins you can view are the ones from leveling up that character. There are more skins to get from the faction loot packs. As for if tier 2 and 3 are in, not sure. But there are definitely more skins than what youāre seeing at least.
I heard that they have not released the tier 2 or 3 skins yet, that they will be up coming in a patch or something and for now it is all just color changed skins. Even for the unlock-able ones you get in packs. Although its not from a reliable source so if anyone knows better or has a tier 2 or 3 skin show a screen shot.
@Jythri whatās the final word on this subject? Are the tier 2 and 3 skins already there in loot packs, or are we waiting for a patch? Thanks!
Still waiting the next content update for the first round of Tier 2 skins.

Iāve been getting the word out about the game tooā¦ hopefully a few friends will be picking it up soonā¦ Looking forward to those skins-related content updates thoughā¦ i love earning new appearancesā¦ its actually a really important aspect of the game for me!
p.s. off topic, you guys have any plans for any fantasy rpgs sometime? Maybe 3rd person? I know some people are gonna be like āwha?ā, but I think I just trust you guys to make a game good enough to rival diablo. Not many companies could. Thatās why Iād love to see a gearbox 3rd person action rpg looter with local and online co-opā¦ I know, Iām crazy, but itās something Iāve wanted to see for a long timeā¦ and nobody say ājust play Diablo,ā I have my own reasons for hating that wack game.

Cool to hear about the skins. You mention content updates and Iād just like to say please go slowā¦ especially with charactersā¦ please donāt let power creep up and ruin this game (Evolve has kind of scarred me in this regardā¦ way too much added all at once and the power creep got way out of control (power creep pretty much always happens in games like this with added characters))
Also still excited for the new skins and stuff. You guys should do community weekend events or something too. 
Yea for people who want to get character skins, save your credits and donāt spend them on any faction loot packs yet - currently the only skin that seems to be dropping from those are the āwinterā themed skins.

Thatās good to know. Iāve been buying faction loot packs in the hopes of skins but Iāll focus on gear from now until they release Tier 2 customization. Thank you for the response!
On a side note, some of the recolors look pretty good. I got a skin for Ambra and itās absolutely gorgeous (purple and teal).

Between this and the purple + yellow skins Iāve seen around, I may have been wrong.
I just keep getting the white skins, Iām at 3 so far and the white skins were what I was seeing the most from other players.
Woah woah woah woah. Can I get a refund on the packs I bought then?
Iāve gone through 14 of them now and havenāt gotten anything, turns out itās not in the game yet!? Why are these packs buyable then?
There are still at least 10 (it seems) skins per pack available and taunts.
