So, I brought this game, downloaded and installed it, installed all optional components. EVERY run of the game am looking on 2k video and - nothing, game not working, No logs, no errors, just stuck after first video.
In folder “C:\Users…\Documents\My games\Borderlands 3\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor” just pack of empty files, after deletion this files created also empty.

I already try to add in GameUserSettings.ini manually this lines

[/Script/OakGame.OakGameUserSettings]
PreferredGraphicsApi=DX11

I already try to start game with key -DX11, with administrative privileges, compatibility mode and so on - NOTHING works. NOTHING.

This is a first game over a 6 years witch can’t work on my pc. If i had any logs - i can understand what happening. But there are no logs, game just eats 650 mb memory, 15% cpu and 7% gpu. And if i load game with flag -NoStartupMovies - 0% GPU (seriously? 7% of rx480 power just to display end frame of 2k-logo clip??)

I think it’s time to request a refund and forget about it… Absolutly disappointed.

А long time ago i moved steam folder to another drive and make a symlink - in order not to reinstall steam and games (there are no steam folders at that time)

Today I create new steam folder on other drive, moved game to that folder and now it starts correctly.

P.S.: there are 2020 year around, programmers still don’t know about symliks :sighs:
