Holy crap the Clairvoyance comes in a masher version! I just got one to drop with bonus radiation and I am pretty sure this thing is going to be good. 2162 x 4 is the damage.

EDIT: Oh, yes it is great. If you can get a masher variant of the Clairvoyance, IMO that is the one you want.

The Redistributor is really good regardless of whether you are using Two Fang, as long as you are using multiple elements on your shield and grenade. It works just like the Brainstormer.

That said, Two Fang does push the Redistributor (and for that matter any SMG) up a notch.

I am playing with my Clairvoyance Masher AR and - hot damn that thing is amazing! Seriously folks, farm up a Clairvoyance (any variant is good but the masher variant just has so many more Fl4k synergies such as multiple projectiles and elements). Just a top-tier AR. I think I like it better than the Bekah, and I love my Bekah.

BTW, Soulrender is really good too and it appears to come in multiple elements.

I farmed a few Clairvoyance myself, the best ones I found are 4.7k dmg Rakk anoint and 5.1k dmg cryo ASE. They are both great. I think they are better than Bekah in mobbing.

I prefer high base dmg single pellet ones over the masher, because you constantly get the benefit of overkill dmg and Two Fang.

I get that. Still an excellent AR any way you go. I play on console with a controller and I kind of like the Masher variant because you get 4 chances to hit a crit and/or proc Megavore. More pellets per shot also equals more potential ricochets with multiple elements. All good things with a Rakk build.

Any chance you could include a builds section like in the other top gear threads? I find it extremely useful.

@atell27 I know you were talking to @darreltan2004, but if you go to the Fl4k main page, you will find a thread titled “Fl4k Community Resource Guide” or something like that. It has builds and whatnot linked. Beastmaster Master List: Build Collection

I am sure there would be folks here that would be glad to help you with a build if you need it.

Nah I was talking about how the other top gear list break down gear by build type. I’m sorry if that’s still not clear but if it ain’t, check the Amara and Zane threads.

Aside from Fade Away, do any other FL4K builds really have specific gear requirements? Gamma and Rakk are pretty much whatever good weapon you find the anointment you need.

Thanks guys for the recommendations. One thing though, I would caution against using the Pearl in testings for now - it makes anything look stellar, and its likely GB made a mistake somewhere with the numbers and will fix it down the road.

Yeah the Yeetie is very good. The Maggie is better against bosses because of the mag, but the Yeetie is better in mobbing and can get much stronger with Overkill. I recommend giving the Seventh Sense a try as well - it cannot come anointed, but it doesn’t need em. Almost as good as the KC/QC for bossing and way better for mobbing.

So I was doing some testing on the dummy, and the Anarchy is really really dumb. Apparently the damage increase is exponential: ie. 1.3^x. So instead of getting 4x damage at max stacks, you are getting 13x, which explains why is damage per shot is unparalleled bar the Ion Cannon.

Yeah, the Clairvoyance is crazy strong. I have a Gatling one with about 5000+ damage and it shreds. I think a Bekah at maximum potential is sill stronger, but the Clairvoyance is definitely the more straightforward weapon to use. Haven’t gotten a Masher variant yet - it definitely has more synergy with Fl4k’s skills, in particular LnT. The Single pellet has better synergy with Overkill - not rare to see 300-400k numbers pop up. One thing though - I think the stickies only apply on true critical hits, not on Megavore crits.

As some have mentioned the Pearl is busted. Fl4k doesn’t have the same synergy with the Pearl as say Amara or Moze (who can keep the bonus up on anything), so its effect on some weapons will definitely be more prominent. The Redistributor stacks the bonus up really fast (1 chain is enough) and its crowd damage means the bonus stays up there. That said, maybe the Pearl has some other synergies with the Pearl. I know @kabflash has been testing it with his Hypermoze build, so he’s probably the best person to ask here.

So far these are the DLC weapons I plan to add to the list. Let me know what you think.

Top Gear

  • Clairvoyance
  • Seventh Sense
  • Yeetie (probably together with the Maggie)
  • Anarchy
  • Skullmasher
  • Unseen Threat

Honorable Mentions

  • Soulrender (its the best Dahl AR right now)
  • Love Drill
  • Nothingness
  • Cocky Bastard (together with Jakobs Snipers)
  • Old God

I tested this today and the stickies work with Megavore, idk if they ninja fixed this in some of the mini event hotfixes that happened during the weekend. Here.

Holy crap definitly getting nerfed most likely lol. You or any1 else happen to know the maximum numbee of pellets it can drop with. The most I’ve seen so far is 20.

20 is max, and 9 is the min.

It’s definitely really strong. The one downside is that it’s not great at proccing Headcount like Stagecoach. Other then that it’s very good and still really good in a FA build.

Here’s a True Takedown with a Red/Green build using it. Also like running it with Rakks a lot.

Anarchy is stupid powerful.

I feel GB has gone too far in making some of the weapons powerful recently. Boom Sickle, Krakatoa, the Lob, and now Anarchy and the new artifact.

I actually have banked many of these items because they make the game too easy and boring. I am playing at M4 and they make it feel like I’m playing at M0.

I miss the time when MT and M4 first came out. It was very challenging and beating them gave me a real sense of achievement and satisfaction.

I just hope these recent item buffs are for mayhem 2.0. We desperately need more challenging content now.

The Soulrender is actually really solid - while it lacks the top end of some of the other TG Assault Rifles, it makes up for in (in my opnion) in ease of use and overall fantastic handling and mechanics. After testing the homing skulls, I got a 12.5% chance to spawn per shot, each each skull doing 2x splash damage.

A well rolled Kinetic SoulRender will have about 23000 card DPS which when boosted by the red text effect goes up to 28750 DPS.

Compared to the other well rolled TG rifles, the Bekah has a low end of abut 10000 DPS, and a high end of 40000 DPS if you hit the sweet spot, The Sickle has something like 50K DPS, at the cost of really outrageous handling and recoil. The dictator and rowans call are both super situational, the former relies on getting up point blank in an enemies face, and the latter needs multiple sources of bonus elemental damage in order to perform well, and even then only in a situation with multiple enemies.

What’s great about the SoulRender is that it’s probably the most straightforward of the Top Tier Assault rifles to use. Just some food for though. Also, it can roll in Cryo, and with the addition of bonues elemental damage via guardian rank perks, I suspect that’s going to be the go-to element.

Finally, it’s probably one of the easier farms in the game.

Curious to hear everyones thoughts - As a basis of comparison, a well rolled Q-System at lvl 57 will have 16-17K Kinetic DPS, a Hellshock around 38K F/S DPS, a Linoge something around 30000 Fire DPS, and a well rolled Carrier with 3 additional sources of elemental bonus damage should do around 45000 Kinetic DPS, admittedly with a slight ramp up time to get to max damage, and only while the bonus elemental are in effect.

Edit: I will admit that I play primarily with Amara, so many not be seeing some synergies that you guys are, but still the weapon seems very good to me.

The Pearl artifact doesn’t seem intentional but you are right that the power creep with the DLCs has been nuts (starting with the Ion Cannon, really), and not really in a good way. Most of the buffed weapons don’t have reasonable drawbacks to justify out-DPSing former powerhouse guns like the Cutsman or Lyuda either.

Isn’t the drawback for the anarchy is that you gota build and keep your stacks up in order to keep it strong. Going into ffyl, swapping weapons, premature reloading resets the stacks is that not enough?

The Anarchy does have fair drawbacks, though I’d argue it still out-DPSes everything else by too much. Many of the other guns, especially those buffed in the recent hotfixes, are just ungodly OP in straightforward and uninteresting ways, like the Lob, Wedding Invitation or the Krakatoa. And they basically rain from the sky too, so getting a god roll is a joke.

Building the stacks with Anarchy is so easy and quick, it’s not much of a drawback. Also the only times I went to FFYL while using Anarchy were when I accidentally shot the reload and blew myself up because I was still unfamiliar with how the weapon worked.

Othe than that, I just cannot see myself going FFLY while using Anarchy no matter what I’m facing because everything dies so fast.
