Tracking Website/Companion App?

Hi. Have Gearbox set up a website to track characters, stats etc? (Similar to Battle.net or the Bungie equivalent)

Also, I have seen the Battleborn Tap application. Does this link to your account and provide such info as above, or is it just a mobile game?
