Training Map Option/Mode?

This might sound a little odd, but by any chance would it be possible to make a map in this game where you can freely control certain aspects of the game in order to test out each character and gear?

Features for this Map:
-Toggle Character Level:: This will let people choose a character’s level (and thus Helix upgrades) for them to see damage/health/shields of that character at certain levels.

-Have a “Test dummy” for people to test out character damage output.

-Have a feature where you can induce your character with CC in order to test out the effectiveness of CC reducing gear.

-Have an option to disable gear costs in order to test each gear immediately.
This is the important feature for the area, gear testing. How much of a difference does X piece of gear make in actual combat on character Y.
You’ll be able to toggle gear off/on and see the difference it makes.
How much faster does an attack speed piece of gear make your attacks.
How much stronger your attacks are with attack damage buffing gear.
How much faster do you regenerate health…
Critical Hit damage buff testing…
Shield pen testing…
etc. etc.

I think being able to test gear and skills (and skill upgrades) and how well they interact, outside of a game, would be HUGELY helpful in going into a game knowing more or less what your character can/can’t do with a certain skill build and gear set-up.

In short: I would like a mode in which you can freely test out skills, skill upgrades, and gear outside of games in order to better understand how a character, and a gear loadout, work.

This is a cool idea, I especially like the option to test out CC reduction and gear. Maybe have the “test dummy” be an AI character, so you can test strategies against other characters (good practice for PVP, too)

an AI controlling a character to test out a counter strategy sounds nice. Give it a difficulty toggle [Easy/Hard/Very Hard/Kyle] and then see what happens.

Toggle a gear set for it too.

Kyle Difficulty Rath with Attack Speed, Attack Damage, and Movement Speed gear set. Great practice.

Note: Kyle Difficulty is the highest difficulty in Killer Instinct.

A Sandbox mode would be great. SMITE does this in a similar way- You can take any God, regardless of whether you’ve unlocked them or not, and test out all their abilities in a sort of training room. You can even practice against jungle camps in case you want to jungle. Something similar in BB would definitely help for practicing some specific situations.
