~translation error leads to wrong item choices~

Greetings,

today myself noticed strange facts about the translation program,
that is used by Battleborn. As you can see, the translation program
cuts out features of items. This means, that we must use the english
version to verify the truth of the translation.

Consequences:
Play in english until its fixed

Ohhhhh ja. Love the german translation ALOT, ruined 50% of our fun so far. (Best thing: On XB1 you cannot change the language, since XB1 chooses it for you automatically. Hillarious!)

The item translations are surely the worst. Me and my fiance had a rough time to get many effects., like “GK” - “Gruppenkontrolle”. Who in the world says “Gruppenkontrolle”???
“CC” I understood at instant…

That the translation cuts whole effects is new to me - thank you alot for bringing that up!!!
As XB1-player its even harder, since we cannot compare this easily…

PS: Welcome to the forums! :balloon:

Oh that’s interesting!
It looks like because the text is longer, the third line becomes into a fourth line…
Making the fourth line now a fifth line…
And therefore the other effect gets bumped and cannot be seen…
Appears they need to add another line of text space so translation doesn’t cut it off…
Hope they fix this for you!

Wow you are a great observer! Never had come to count the lines themselves…
Yes, the blessing of our totally overcomplicated language - Thanks German…

I hope so too. The only thing we consoleros can do is to look closely to the activation costs. A blue item for only 483shards has clearly a hidden drawback.
