I just finished then guns love and tentacles dlc, both in normal and true vault mode. And the trophy (Industrious in the Face of Cosmic Terror) didn’t pop up. I check and re checked. And i have all side missons, all crew challenges and echo logs. Everything is completed. And still no trophy. Any one had the same issue? Advice. Or some way to workaround it? I play on PS4.

Check your stats in planet details, you should have 18/17 missions etc.
Yes i do have 18/17. All side mission are also completed. Issue is that the trophy didnt pop up once all the requirements were done. Must be a bug.
Has your issue been resolved. I also encountered this problem with all at 100%, completed all rare spawns and mission at 18/17.
