Trying to 100% the game

On some Planet each area is at 100% but the planet itself is at 98%… :confused:

For example, Promethea is 96% complete but all 7 zones are 100% each!
Though, on the planet screen ,meridian metroplex list 23 challenge out of 26. But when I go to the area, it says 100% complete!

What could I be missing?! :open_mouth:

Did you discover the cistern of slaughter in the metroplex?

previous playthrough I did discover all 6 challenge area… going there now, just in case…
