So in BL2 and 3 I would take one of my high level characters with maxed inventory/bank slots, copy the save file, paste and re-number, load the save file, change the character name to ___Bank, sell off everything in their inventory and then use it as a storage character. Havenāt tried this yet in Wonderlands and Iām running out of space! Yes Iām a hoarder. Itās like, compulsory.
Anywho, anyone done this with Wonderlands yet? Run into any issues? I recall running into some kind of issue with this is BL3 but I canāt recall quite what it was. I plan on backing up my saves/profile just to be safe.

So it doesnāt work. Ugh. Took away individual bank system in BL3, now they take away storage characters in Wonderlands. NOBODY wants this.
I copied and pasted my save file in the save location and changed the number. Didnāt duplicate the character. Assuming itās something in the profile. So also assuming we couldnāt share save files either and make storage toons that way.

You can still āshareā saves and use them. The game wonāt show you 2 identical saves at once. In BL3 we would change our characters name then it would work to make a identical save but that doesnāt work in TTWL.
What you have to do, is keep your mule files in a separate folder and only drag one at a time in when you need it. I recommend downloading a save to copy and use as mule files that way when you drag it in itās not conflicting with your main saves.

Thanks, I assumed that was what was going on when I couldnāt change my character name in game. I did see all the saves loaded to Nexus, but it seems there are issues with it importing some profile-wide things as well? Which I donāt want right now. So Iāll probably just wait for an editor where I can change the name, but the separate folder idea is a good one.
Iām guessing thereās some kind of system in place to prevent power leveling.

Well, I was hoping now that you can change your character names I could copy a save file and renumber and paste and create a storage character. Nope.
