This issue is now solved. The problem was that i am running Windows 10 pro N. Wich does not include the Media Feature Pack. Wich apparently is required for this game to run as it should.
Now installed the pack and i am seeing things i didnt even know existed, like cinematics and startup logoes, even Liliths face when she speaks to me trough my mind.

I did however have to start the game over again for everything to work properly.

So two times now during mainstory mission i have been unable to continue becouse the quest is not updating.

At first it was at the beginning after meeting Lilith where i was supposed to watch the TV. when Lilith was done talking, nothing happened and i was stuck there. i had to have a friend start over so that we could do it on his game and then i could go back to mine and i loaded in just after that part of the quest.

But now it has happened again. After killing mouthpiece and picking up the map fragment theres a hologram of the twins talking and after they are done nothing happens. The quest doesnt update at all and its just showing “( )” on the quest tracker in the upper right corner. ive done it several times now on different characters, tried fast traveling back and forth, relogging etc etc but im stuck again and unable to continue playing.

And allso i should add that the graphics performance in this game is utter ■■■■. i am getting constant stutters and fps drops after a few minutes in game, no matter what setting i am using.
and this is on a fresh installed windows, with newest drivers and a brand new SSD not even 1 day old.

This is extremely frustrating after paying this much for a game beeing unable to play it without relying on friends playing and joining their sessions.

This game needs some serious fixing ASAP.
