Unable to Unlock Master of Alani?

After the last update and the changes to lore, I noticed that I have 100% lore with Alani and she was already at level 15. I completed a few battles and a few maps on story mode but neither the title or her associate skin will unlock. Any ideas?

I have 3 chars with all lore completed because of changes but I don't have their legendaries

After the lore challenges changed my deande kleese and Alani lore challenges were all completed but I don’t have any of their legendaries unlocked do I need to play a match with them?

[BUG] Lore & Rank mastery won't complete

In the command menu (list of all the characters) when hovering on Alani it says 50% Lore and rank mastery and when selecting her and getting on her page it then says 100% lore and rank mastery (which is the proper one). So it doesn’t unlock the “master” title nor does it award the character specific legendary gear or the corresponding skin. it DID however award the taunt for completion of “lifeguard” so I’m thinking it’s because of the match history bug of nowadays maybe… and the bug is becaus…
