I got a legendary item (Friction Fizz) but it looks like a common item but the whole icon image is darker. When I scroll over it it shows as legendary. I equipped it to play in game and it would not let me purchase it (although when I had enough shards it showed up on my screen as ready to purchase). I do not see anything about needing to be a certain character or level to use it… is it glitched? does anyone else have this problem? I could post pic if i need to.

Lol it was my first legendary from the packs. Have you tried using it pve ive not tried that yer.
