I download the game to 50% with 6mb peak after that is 20 kb other games download fine dont know what happen
As BitVenom explained somewhere, tuesday is release and update day for many games on steam so the servers can get overwhelmed and download speeds can go severely down or even stop, don’t worry it is not a problem on your end (most likely at least).

I’m not having any downloading speed issues, so another tip is to try alternate download server locations. It may be that Steam is using a server near you that is serving too many requests, so trying an alternate server that isn’t too congested may help. For UK users, I recommend the Manchester server if London is running slowly.
If the downloads are still running slowly after switching servers, then consider running a speedtest (after pausing the update) and see if your broadband service provider is delivering the correct speed that you are paying: your ISP may simply have a congestion problem which is slowly everything down, so instead of paying for 80mbps (for example), you might get just 10mbps or lower.
I did it with Belgium (I’m in north of France), and Marseille; for all three server (I was on Paris) I download at 22 kb/s max. Yet I was able to download 3.5 go at 6-7 mb/s. I don’t think it’s coming from my internet but from steam since I can still download or play in multiplayer without trouble.
Same here (Paris, France). Stuck with 3.5 Go half-update.
Like I suggested, try different servers (maybe even try a server in another country entirely). It may be the France servers are under heavy load from other reasonings (DOS attack or the backhaul to the server is congested) or are under a maintenance window, causing the servers to respond slowly to requests.
If the problems continue with non-France servers, it’s possible that it is your ISP that has a congestion problem.
I’m downloading the game at maximum speed possible for my connection (around about 380KB/s) and it hasn’t dropped to non-usable figures at all (like 10KB/s) while using the UK Manchester server.
