Update on Borderlands: The Handsome Collection Loyalty Rewards (UPDATED 4/2)

My bad ass rank was completely maxed out and I definitely want it back.

I put it in last night on the xbone and it worked for me, make sure you entered everything correctly. If it still doesn’t work then it is an issue on your account and id look into it with tech support. I know the code worked for me at around 3am on the one.

Everyone cryin about BAR not transferring or whatever, at least you can play the damn game. For some stupid reason I have to wait an extra 3 days downunder. Ridiculous.

Due to how I am, I’m waiting too buds :disappointed:. Sorry you officially have to wait, love your country a lot, video game policies are my only gripe with Aussie territories.

Borderlands 2 connects with SHiFT, but Presequel does not. I’m getting the ā€œAuthenticating with Gearbox Software SHiFT Please waitā€¦ā€
My BAR transferred over in both games but didn’t get any bonus BAR. 75 Golden keys haven’t shown up in either game.

I know this may be a stupid question, but do we get the loyalty rewards if we are playing BL2 and BL:TPS for the very first time on our PS4 or Xbox One? I mean I played it before just made a new PSN account when the PS4 came out.

I’ve properly transferred my save files from my 360 to my XBox One, and it seems like about half of my character heads and skins are missing… (yeah, I have the BAP problem too, but I understand that that’s being handled)

Where my hard-earned unlocks at?

I’m patient and understanding. It’s cool. Just don’t want to invest more time into the game yet if I’m going to need to ultimately re-transfer saves to get that stuff back…

Because skins and badass rank aren’t tied to one specific character, the idea is that you can just complete another transfer (once the fix is in) and your ranks/customizations will be unlocked across your account.

So if I start a new character and level up my BAR will the fix just add to that pool or will it completely replace my BAR? I just don’t want to level it up if it’s just going to get replaced anyway.

How does that related to the tokens, though? BAR is shared, but I don’t recall magically seeing the tokens on new characters from it … and the tokens are what adds value to the character?

I’m in the same boat – I don’t want to pick up playing in TPS if I have to re-transfer the character, not to get the BAR but to get the bonuses from the tokens.

(On an unrelated note, when I transferred by B2 character, I actually did get my gold keys transferred across… I’d thought they said they weren’t going to do that!)

The BAR will be replaced. When the transfer happens, it checks to see which value is higher and then assigns you that value. Then when the Loyalty Rewards are back online, you’ll receive a 5,000 BAR bonus on top of that value.

Hey so my badass rank isnt carrying over to my xbox one. It says I’m rank 0 and when I started up the game it says I was missing content. Not that Im entirely proud of how much time i spent working towards my stuff but anyone know a solution to get the badass rank and tokens back?

This problem is currently being looked into. Hopefully there is a fix soon. In the mean time, you can still play the game. Any rank you do earn in the mean time will be replaced by your previous higher rank when a fix is applied.
