Update to STC - HW2C deployed, AI improvements

Hi all,

You may have noticed that an update was done to STC for HW2C, this was some AI improvements! I hope that I haven’t broken anything… I’ve created this thread to collect any feedback on how the AI is performing now.

So far the AI seems to be a little more aggressive. Least i haven’t seen it making suicide runs through hazardous terrain yet. Fleets seems to send bigger ships after you too.
