Every code i’ve tried to use allows me to check BL2 or BL3 but when I select BL3 for steam, it says “Failed to Redeem Shift Code”.
Can someone tell me what im doing wrong?

Worked for me. Do you already have them on Xbone? It’ll be invalid for the system you already have them on, I think. It didn’t work for PS4 which was the system I got them on last year.

Yeah. I probably added it on Xbox One last year then.
Problem solved. 
Are these for the same heads as last year or new ones? I tried to redeem but it says redemption failed–I have the heads from last year which would make sense if they are the same heads.
