Currently I have 5 keys in Vault Card 1 and have all the gear I need from this card. Is it possible to transfer the keys to Vault Card 2 or 3?

How do I “lock onto” Vault Card 2? I don’t want to start farming and find all the XP is going to Vault Card 1
