Visual glitch firing weapons through Zane's barrier

Since yesterday this bug is happening to me. I tried searching how to fix it but just found this video and it seems that this issue was fixed in a patch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GG9w5nscAqU&feature=emb_title

The visual bugs or pixels are only happening when shooting through my barrier.

My specs are:
Ryzen 7 3700x
32 gig ram
RTX 2070 super
All drivers updated.

I tried different advanced settings in Visuals “Badass” and “Ultra” and restarted the game several times when applying different settings but still can’t seem to fix it. Happens too when HDR is enabled in Win 10.
