So just to get things clear, I assume you made a ticket about getting loot lost in the bank or something?
If so, goddamn, I should have made a ticket then, I lost my bank 3 times earlier…

I lost my bank loot as well and posted a ticket and they promised me keys.
Gave them my info and never got any keys
