I don’t blame anyone for kill stealing cause like you said it happens accidentally most of the time. I just want the game to give credit where credit is due, that’s all.
I have way more assists then kills, and I do not mind. This isn’t call of duty, an assist actually means something and if you are killing minions and getting assists you should be ranking up just fine. It’s a team game be happy when an enemy dies no matter who finished him off.
While, I mostly agree with you, I mentioned a point earlier.
What happens for the various “on kill” effects in the game? If my helix/gear have an effect that happens when I “kill” something, does that get counted for assists?
If assists don’t activate on-kill effects, then it seems a bit against the design implementation of the game.
If assists do activate on-kill effects, then that text should be clarified.
That is a good point. I have seen gear like that but I never used it. That is something I would also like to be clarified.
That’s a good point. I personally think they shouldn’t activate on-kill effects as that would be too much of a reward, after all delivering the final blow is important.
