Do these modifiers such as ‘Weapon Damage +50%’ reflect automatically on the score card or are they not factored into the damage?

They are factored in the value you seen on the gun card

No, weapon cards only show a weapons base statistics, purely derived from the weapons parts.

Edit: They are, sorry I thought you meant mayhem modifiers.

^ thats why a low lvl one pump chump has rediculous dmg. and can almost carry u till the end of ur first play through…except bosses…

i thought that but get a low lv shot gun an a one pump of same lvl the dmg diff readout is tremendous an if u do the % math on the card u get almost the exact #
