Every time I pick to any character in the game I get an “Ogre” that I got in weaponizer in “VIP programm”

That happened to someone else with a Norfleet - not sure if they were able to clear it or not? You can report this officially by submitting a support ticket.
Look on the bright side, though - you’ve got plenty of trade material there.

I would call it a nice gift, not a bug. Enjoy free Ogre, one of the hardest guns to get in BL2.
