First off, absolutely amazing game! I was exceedingly surprised. I played the closed technical test and from that to this beta were hug improvements. I did run into a few things that didn’t work or could be better. Let’s hear what you think. Did you have the same problems or others?

My biggest problem is the split screen. You can only do it horizontal, which can be fine, but 1/3 of the screen on the left side is just a mini map, lives, score, and boss/ally life. It’s incredibly difficult to see what you’re leveling up because it is so small. Maybe zoom in the level up menu when in split screen and allow for vertical split screen. Do the mini map in one of the corners of your screen or something so that you aren’t taking away more of the amazing visuals and making things mucky.

I unlocked Toby by beating 5 games as a rogue character. He showed up as unlocked in my command menu under my battleborn, but in versus and story I couldn’t select him. He showed up as locked. He was the character I was most excited to try. I never saw anyone else playing as Toby the whole time, so maybe that’s a common problem.

When in story mode on split screen, if I pick up loot my second player doesn’t get that loot at the end of the game, but if I play online with other people(no split screen) and they pick up loot I get that loot at the end of the game. Doesn’t picking up loot share with the whole party? Maybe I’m mistaken, but that’s how it seemed. If it is supposed to share with the whole party, then it absolutely does not share with your split screen partner.
Other than certain characters being over or under powered, that’s all that I can think of. Again, amazing game! My wife and I are very excited for it to come out. This beta pushed my excitement to a whole 'nuther level. The closed technical test lowered my expectations and this open beta have put my hopes way high up again.
