I actually thought about using it, but I haven’t started Pirate’s Booty yet on this playthrough. I want to collect every Jakobs weapon in the game, even if it sucks. If I’m lucky, No-Beard will drop it for me and I’ll keep the damn thing only for this purpose. I know he doesn’t respawn, but is there a way to farm him without resetting the entire playthrough?

Did a lunch break session. Decided to start a new playthrough with Gaige instead of continuing on with Zer0. See how this one goes. So far, just did the first couple missions and doing sides before continuing on towards Sanctuary.

Killed the HS again with Boom Boom and still no orange but an ultimate BA sorcerer did drop me another Fire Storm. Installed BL1 and started up my level 4 Mordecai and took out Nine Twos after reaching level 6…

Bopped my way through Bloodshot with Gaige, rescued Roland. Quit the game, started up again, then bopped my way through Bloodshot a second time for Tannis’ mission and the loader mission. So far, Gaige is pretty damn fun.

Kept at it in Southpaw…ended up getting the following to drop from Reeth.
I am curious if this skin is bugged to be while rarity instead of purple? Anyone know?

It’s always been that way. Zer0’s skin was always the only white one. Back in the day when the drop rates were still bugged, Zer0’s skin was the only one most people had seen actually dropping, so a lot of people thought all of them were white (me included). Turns out all of them were purple, with the exception of Zer0’s. I honestly have no idea why they made only Zer0’s skin different from the bunch.

Wilhelm in TPS has the same issue - at least one of his skins is a purple compared to the others’ legendary ones.

So I decided to throw myself at some varkids in the Caustic Caverns for the heck of it, to see if I could get a friend a Quasar.
The other varkids stopped evolving, but that one varkid that flies down from the top decided to mutate as I was about to restart the session. I decided to just let it mutate for the heck of it, to see how far it would go.

Ran Fero against the Handsome Sorcerer to check and see if he would have better luck at nabbing a legendary than Boom Boom did but the best he got was a x2 MM- seriously, did someone turn off his fountain of orange joy? After that knocked out the Hallowed Hollow and Wattle Gobbler HH packs…
Finally broke the dry spell from the HS with Fero by getting a caustic Homing Leech. Finished off the Wedding Day Massacre leaving just the Wam Bam Island HH pack for Fero to complete and after that it’s hard core farming- HoT, Ogre, Chopper, Twister, Hawkeye, Devastator and an on level Ahab are the few drops I’ve never had. Also completed Splinter Group with Reverend Pain…

Ran through Wildlife Preservation at around level 54 with 3 friends. We had Doctor’s Orders active, and were going to shoot some loot midgets.
The ammo box next to the boxes were opened, and my friend held “E”.
We grabbed an echo by accident.
We said “screw it”, and opened all of the other boxes at once while one of us opened the animal barriers.
3 loot midgets and 2 badass skags later, we came out one Bonus Package richer.
I consider that a victory.

Finally beat Tera with Krieg using this build:

Gear used was a Hot Hail, fire Butcher, DPUH, caustic Rubi, slag Bouncing Betties/Chain Lightning and RR while switching between a fire BotA and the Sheriff’s Badge. Did Bright Lights, Flying City with Reverend Pain and hit up Hyperiouis with Fero and just got another Bladed Tattler. Plan to start Zeromass next to keep him on pace story and level wise with the Rev, who is now level 43 (Zeromass is level 40…)

It was a slog, but I got my Axton to level 57, where I had a KerBlaster waiting. I am wrecking through everything in the WEP now, wooooo. Got a Legendary Soldier com off the loot midgets too! Not that my previous Expert Grenadier com was bad or anything, but the Leg Soldier is just too good.

Decided to farm for a nice Barking Pimpernel for my Maya. I was going for incendiary but settled for the following. It just takes so long for RNG to hook me up. LOL
I’ll have to reset my play through to got at it again for the Incendiary version. I MUST have it. 
My Gaige playthrough is a little chaotic as opposed to the very methodical Zer0 playthroughs I have been doing. Just slaughtered my way through the bandit slaughter in NVHM, and about to recruit the slab king, granted a bit overleveled now
