@Nisciunu Did you re-select your character? You gotta go back to the main menu each time after save-and-quitting, go into the character selection menu and select the character you’re using.
I didn’t get I had to reselect the character each time; now it works: I love you! 
Yesterday I was on the Peak with Krieg again - always solo, Mania/Bloodlust build with next to no decent weapons - I’m trying to save the missions with unique rewards for later, and I don’t farm much. On another (unsuccessful - damn assassins!) attempt at unlocking OP3 something awesome happened:
Near the garden a few surveyors were circling, and while I was waiting for them to lower my health far enough to use RtB and chuck axes at them, I picked the onions, and I picked the carrots as well, quickly jumping away each time. The surveyors still were at full health and not slagged, and then …
One of the surveyors apparently got caught in the first carrot’s blast and exploded.

Got the new power core from Wilhelm with Element Zero- I didn’t make him scream but I got an under leveled fire Redundant Logan’s Gun instead. Will Catch A Train with him as soon as I farm the Warrior in normal for eridium, as I have died several times due to running out of ammo for multiple weapons (it would help if I didn’t focus on maxing out my backpack and bank first but hey- I need the space to stash my loot…
). Started Reverend Pain on The Good, The Bad and the Mordecai- while I want to save unique mission rewards for level 72, a relic that gives you bonus XP at max level is of little use…
I’ve been working on leveling up Sal (65). Not too much longer and I’ll begin unlocking some raid bosses. That’s when the real fun begins.
Continued my immensely dedicated quest for elemental conference calls with my OP8 Maya. The horror! I have been farming the handsome sorcerer pretty efficiently - breakneck banshee up there, beehawk him and thoughlock his minions. There’s a rather helpful glitch with the demonic sorcerer: if you thoughlock a mini dragon he often continues fighting it long after thoughlock has actually ended. Very helpful! Anyway I eventually broke my losing streak and got a slag conference call. Was beginning to think they only exist in vanilla and fire. Now need a shock one.
Also started a new Bandit allegiance Krieg. I know. It’s pretty fun. He of course has friendly fire turned on (Mordecai shot me!), doesn’t focus well on his central role as a vault hunter but instead wanders Pandora’s wastes taking crimes as missions, and won’t transfer loot to other characters - except for Maya.

Started the Mr Torgue dlc with Reverend Pain as the level 53 Thrusting Harold he has is starting to become less effective at level 59. He got a level 57 Scout Veruc from doing the Good, the Bad and the Mordecai as well as a 8.3% Moxxie’s Endowment and a L. Siren mod while doing As Advertised. Element Zero is doing Mine, All Mine before turning in the A Train To Catch mission. The Original 6 members that are dashboard farming are still at it except for Zeromass, who is at Hatred’s Shadow while Memeemee will be respeced to take advantage of the Hide of Terra I recently got (he also needs to pick a dlc to start…). Fero has started on trying to get an OP8 Ogre and so far he’s barely survived the first wave (and got killed by a spike at the start of the second wave- arrghh! 
) but he has added to his grenade collection- 2 Fire Storms, another Chain Lightning and a Longbow Caustic Leech, as well as a few MM, Fire Balls and Lightning Bolts that got ignored…
Once I farmed for elemental CCs. RNG gave me a perfect all Hyperion part Practicable CC… IN SLAG.
Y RNG? WHY!?
Still leveling up Sal (68). Only 1.5 levels to go before I start completing the DLCs and begin unlocking the raids.
I spent the last 11 hours in Pandora trying to obtain a new Love Thumper at OP4 to further progress in the Peak with Zer0 (hopefully till OP8). Thanks to @BattleBee’s suggestion the time per attempt has gone down from about 1’25" to 45-50" but so far the best I saw was a grounded one with 787000 roid damage: if a get an inflammable one with that damage I’ll give up… maybe…
Farmed enough Torgue tokens to get Reverend Pain a level 61 DPUH from the vendor in Pyro Pete’s Bar. Also, while doing the Totally Recall side quest a flesh eating rat dropped a level 60 Straight Shooting Maggie 
(Element Zero will get that once he hits level 60). The Rev also got a level 59 L. Berserker from a LLM while delivering a note to the Slab King. Lord of Death didn’t get any new heads/skins while farming Terra but he did get a slag Night Pitchfork and a caustic Liquid Pitchfork as well as another Blood of Terra. Element Zero finished off the Good, the Bad and the Mordecai and will do a few of the side quests in Sanctuary before starting the Mr Torgue dlc- never to late to start farming seraph crystals…
Isn’t Inflammable on a shield sub-par? Shields take reduced damage from fire anyway.
with the inflammable prefix, the user cannot be lit by fire even if the shield is empty. elemental capacitors on shields don’t actually reduce damage from said sources (IIRC), but make the user immune to elemental effects (burn, electrocute, corrode).
I knew they made you immune, but I didn’t know they worked even while the shield is down. Huh, TIL!
Yes, but the Love Thumper is a roid shield, with a huge recharge delay so it’s always down (that’s the beauty of it), meaning that, from an enemy’s point of view, I have no shield; and under the shield there is only flesh.
The second best prefix is alkaline but is only necessary against Voracidous.
I returned to Pandora after a 3 month absence and rolled a new Krieg! 
Going Bloodlust to get to bloodsplosion as quick as I can
Still working on Sal (level 69).
I’m so happy as I finally found the Chaotic Evil Monk class I’ve been looking for today (Fire Rate/Crit Damage w/ +6 Money Shot). Life is good.

After nine more hours of opening Taggart’s box with no results, I gave up. Switched to Maya and went to farm a decent Sand Hawk…
Nah, I’m kidding, that would be suicide. Killed the Snowman a few times, just because I had a bit of frustration to free myself of and I hate that guy so, perfect match.
Hit level 70 with Sal during my last session. This is the level where I start opening up DLC Raids. But before that I decided to hit the Caverns and try to spawn Vermi. I can tell it’s been improved because I did manage to get a couple of Super Badass Varkids to spawn, but no luck on my main goal. Itching for a fight I decided to pay a visit to Terra. Killed Terra a couple of times and got a Fire Teeth of Terra on the second kill. The only other time I’ve gotten this weapon was back during the Loot Hunt so I was happy to see it.
Fun session all around.
Advanved my Bandit Krieg further along his bloody path. Found - couldn’t believe my luck - a second higher level Slagga from a midget just before the Bunker. Huzzah! When I reached Arid Nexus I was joined in my struggle by a beautiful Siren warrior whose loyalties were to the Vladof corporation. Unfortunately she had Converge and a Mirrored Trickster mod on which caused my half-bandit self considerable pain, but she was there for me.
