Openned my game as well yesterday with my Jack level 69. A guy joined and leveled me straight to 70 (thank god I was 69…), gave me tons of cash and doubled my speed, without even asking me!
Have you ever seen this?! I know you can mod your own character with Gibbed or other tools but others’ char? How possible?!
Fixed that for you, just to avoid awkwardness for console users! There are some funky things that occur with class mods that have team effects. There are legitimate examples in both games. I’ve heard of other things, and not always good things either (it’s possible for someone to perma-wreck your game using such gear), so you might want to make sure you back up both your save and the user data file for your game before opening to randoms.
Took Awethena for a spin through Helios and found the secret lab. Finally made it to level 64. I’m wondering if I should start the Claptastic DLC now, or just reset the story? I have a few side quests left (including Guardian Hunter, but I get bored easily) so getting to 70 might be easier just restarting?
This would concern me. 
A little bit of this and that with 70 Athena and Aurelia. Some main story and sidequests, ran through Subconscious, etc.
Been leveling Athena more and more. Had two completely random Legendary drops from Threshers, a Skullmasher and a Fatale.
Switched to Aurelia for a bit. Leveled her up a few more levels off Bruce and his gang. Got her to 47. Finished Let’s Build a Robot Army, and got a 42 Vibra Pulse. Highest I ever got that thing. Then proceeded to Helios. Ran through side quests and Research & Development, and get to 48. I then broke out a Shock Rosie, and went big game hunting in Serenity’s Waste. A few runs on Iwajira got her to 50. A huge relief, I can now clear out all of the below 50 gear I’ve been passing down.
Switched back to Athena. Got her to 68. And out of boredum, went into match making. Joined a 70 Jack, who was in R&D, I think in the secret lab area. Need to look up how to get down there one of these days. I was the only one in the game even close to the host, but I held my own well enough. Only died completely once. After what ever we were doing there, he took us back to Concordia and started handing out stuff. He gave me an Avalanche better than the one I already had, now I just need to level up a couple more time so I can use it.
Later that day, I returned to chopping up threshers. Got the XP bar from a bar and a half to almost half full, and unlocked a head for airborne kills. Then, just as I was saving and quitting for the day, the game crashed on me. Lost all of that XP.
That… that is pain right there.
I played a bunch with Jack over the weekend. Finished up the story in NVHM, took him through TVHM and the first half of the Clappy DLC, then took him through the story in UVHM. After completing only the story missions, the Serenity’s Waste side missions, and the side mission where you go destroy the recordings of the Meriff, I had made it all the way to 53. Woo. I guess I’ll hit up the Claptrap DLC next and try to get through like I did with Athena: DLC, side missions, and grinding to 60, then reset UVHM and do it again to 70. Then cry because I still have to do it at least one more time to get each character to max level.
Also, finished up Crouch Potato. So it’s done. I never have to take that challenge to 5 again. The feeling of relief is palpable.
Pretty easy. Next time you’re in R&D, check the map for a ! and head to it. You’ll find a body and an echo recording. (It’s over where you emerge from meeting the Teddy Bear scientist, on the route around to the valve where you drain the tank.). The hardest bit, at least solo, is entering the code to unlock the thing: make sure you have a non-elemental, non-burst fire, scoped weapon with a decent fire rate and short reload time. (Or, get someone to help!)
That is a bummer…
I finally got my Aurelia to 70. Looking forward to seeing what she’s capable of at level cap.

Yes. Re- earned it today, I only needed a couple hundred more airborne kills. Still, it was a pain. I’m 2 bars away from 69 now. I’d be a quarter of the way to 70 if I hadn’t lost the previous days grinding.
That one I know. I meant the one for the BAR challenge.
Played my Handsome Jack again love him and his his kick ass skill money is power. Wish I coud’ve bought that Nukem in the vendor but I’d loose 999 stacks of money is power haha. Now I’m regreting not buying it has cool prefix derp.
I can help you with that. I BAR farm quite a bit. I do that one all the time. I’m happy to show you how I do it. 
Same, everything I do in TPS revolves around pushing the BAR up.

my coop buddy is the same. which is rubbing off on me. LOL He just loves to BAR farm. We just pal around picking up all the location BAR challenges and so forth. Its a cool dynamic to the game. A little more variety in what you can do. I’m working on my 4th prestige.

4th prestige? Pretty nice man… My BAR is prob around 11k right now but I started fresh on the xbox one so it would prob be around 25k including my 360 BAR from my old characters…

Thank you. I think my BAR is around 56K at the moment. I’d love to be in the 100K range. gonna take some time.
Yeah it takes a while especially if you max each character… I’ve got a 65 Athena and I believe my Nisha is a 32. Been trying to get Athena max level before I did too much on Nisha but man it’s a real slog up to 70! Lmao…
