What exactly is a god roll?

The rolls with the new class mods and relics make finding ideal ones a lot harder, same way the Anointments making farming Legendaries a whole new level of RNG frustration. On a basic level, the most ideal “positive outcome” for a class mod would be:

+25% weapon damage
+40% magazine size
+21% Action Skill cooldown

Whereas for someone running a given build using a specific weapon type, say an Amara who is running mainly Projectile Recursions with a Face-Puncher and a Cutpurse relic for ammo regen, they would would want something like this:

+25% weapon damage
+31% shotgun damage
+40% magazine size
