What made you sad today?

:acmsad:

Relatedly, thought of this place for some reason…

Why does my username change make you sad?

OT, family member very ill, and to add to that mess they’re having paranoid hallucinations on pain killers.

Apologies!

I only just noticed the name change!

It’s definitely snappier, but I will miss not thinking of Dune whenever I read your name on here.

Also, I hope your family member feels better soon!

I have known you since forever (it seems) under that name; for you to change your name after I’ve been out for a while, even a few days, feels like someone I care for has died without me knowing. I know, that might be odd…
…and this incidentally reminds me that, yes, it has happened to me – a few years ago, my maternal grandmother passed away while I was incommunicado, and my uncle might (or might not) have tried telling me. Hard for me to tell – the man, much as I loved/respected him, had his preconceptions/presumptions about me, one of them being that my love life (or more accurately, a
lack of) equated to being gay. Main reason he disliked me is he thought I took after my father too much, and neither side of the family really liked the other. Long story short, he told me to not come by again.

I’m seriously touched by this raven! Rest assured I am still here. Maybe think of it as a name shortening, rather than an all-out change.

It’s still a large change (in my book) for something so small as I have become so used to typing out your name.

Meanwhile, I found something for y’all that’s so Raven:

…wait a minute…:bulb:

Ah… So you’ve managed to change your name without losing your likes or posts as well!

I’m still trying to figure out if the mods lied to us about that as part of a massive cover-up, or if it is because we have grown so powerful like-wise, that @system is scared to touch us… :smirk:

Found out our doggy is very sick. He’s having epileptic seizures and dementia. I am crying…

Thank you. I hope it doesn’t worsen because sadly, there are signs of even

How old is he?
Hope he/she has lived a smooth life so far…i can kinda relate with insane amounts of sick with my first dog (when he was 1 month old he was bloated with worms and malnourished to the point where my downstairs floor was covered with worms and at times he would vomit them up…its been almost 6 years and hes happy as hell…hopefully your dog can make the same turn around)

12 years and about to turn 13 next month so sadly it’s age catching up to him…

That’s horrible but I am happy he’s happy now. Thank you.

I know the feeling. I had a dog that had seizures. (She wasn’t my dog originally, she belonged to my friends IRL.) And sadly we had to put her down. :frowning:

and @Havocbyte

Still don’t want to talk about my dog and he was six.

Lack of cheese is crushing my soul :frowning:

Anybody know where I can find this? It’s out of stock like…everywhere. And it is SO ■■■■■■■ GOOD…

Don’t go AJ on us, peguin.

That so……cheesy.

cheap, unpleasant, or blatantly inauthentic.

Mayhaps worried. I just bought “The Handsome Collection” (PS4) from the PSN store for $19.xx, but fear that nobody is playing.

I’ll make a new character to co-op with you. Just let me know.

Edit: Unless you plan to play with randoms, then count me out.
