Been a couple of days now but I’m pretty sure our oldest chicken from the original 2006 flock is dead. She’d be about 11 years old, and while she wasn’t particularly sweet of a bird, it was nice having her around.
The mean ones always live the longest. Really though, that sucks. I raised chickens back in the day. That is a ripe old age foebher, since 7-8 is usually where they max out. Though the world record is 16.
When people get so upet at you that they tell you to go kill yourself. over nothing important. I feel sad for them. not myself

It kills me to what Bioware did to Mass Effect. And they are still doing Multiplayer content and you should see some of the comments on their twitter alone. It’s all negative. A lot of people just wanted Single Player content… and they failed.
It’s why I’m not super jazzed about Anthem, their new project. It looks amazing but it’s going to be the same story. I feel the same about Dragon Age 4. I feel like I’m going to throw up if they don’t get their ■■■■■■■ ■■■■ together before DA4 comes out.

It’s such a shame BB didn’t prosper like it should have… broke my heart. Still, I did get a lot of fun out of it when I was playing.

For the past few days, my granddad has had tests done on him because he has been complaining of pains in his hips along with other problems. I’ve just found out the results now: he has prostate cancer, which has metastasized into his ribs and hip bones. there is no cure, but fortunately it is definitely treatable. He has a 30 day pill prescription and requires injections every 3 months, but if he sticks to it, he should lead a normal life. Bit of sad news, but luckily there was some good.
The hurricane situation. Irma hitting Florida was rough since my parents live in Orlando. They got lucky and were mostly unscathed by it both physically and financially, plus the houses in the area didn’t take much damage like Tampa did. But Maria might be another story. It’s hitting the Dominican Republic. I have family in the city and the beating Puerto Rico received, I’m worried as hell.
