After the latest hotfix, what’s currently the best way to farm for legendary gear?

Offline, only if you have been offline this entire time and avoided all patches and hot fixes.

Otherwise, do any Circle of Slaughter in Mayhem 3 and you’ll get plenty of drops in a few minutes. If you’re looking for Anointed items, remember that it’s purely RNG.
